Fur is fashion, warmth, comfort and beauty. For many, fur is the ultimate luxury. But using fur also makes sense if we want to protect nature while supporting people and cultures.

While few products today can be 100% "green" (if only because fossil fuels are used to bring them to the market), environmentally friendly apparel and accessories should be made from natural materials that are: 

Simply put, to protect our natural environment for future generations, products we buy should not damage the “ecosystems” (air, water, land and the interconnected web of diverse flora and fauna) that we and other species depend upon for survival.

Because animals provide us with food, clothing and a wide range of other important products and services, we have a responsibility to prevent unnecessary suffering.

Not least important, as consumers, we also want to know that a fair share of the money we spend goes to the people directly involved in producing the items we buy.
