Inspiration

LOVAS Wesley Badanjak’s Autumn-Winter 2007-2008 collection draws inspiration from Italy and the juxtaposition of the ancient with the modern. Gladiator influences are placed alongside modern elements from present-day Roman street culture. The look emphasizes volume against restraint, creating a new, masculine silhouette. Long-haired raccoon hangs from a leather upper, and is then cinched in with a wide belt to create a bold statement.
